Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced red bell pepper, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
- Pour in honey and soy sauce, stirring well. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Slice the chicken and add it along with cooked fettuccine to the skillet. Toss to coat and heat through for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with chopped green onions.
