  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger freshly grated
For the Veggies
  • 3 stalks Green Onions for garnish
  • 2 cups Vegetables bell peppers, spinach, etc.
For the Rice
  • 2 cups Rice jasmine, brown or basmati

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5–7 minutes until it's fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and freshly grated ginger, and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing thoroughly before simmering for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until tender but crisp.
  5. Prepare rice according to package instructions, usually taking about 15–20 minutes.
  6. Divide the rice among serving bowls, topping with the beef and vegetable mixture, and garnish with green onions.
