  • 0.5 cup Yogurt can substitute with dairy-free yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp Dill dried or 1 tbsp fresh
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
For the Wrap
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Chopped Cabbage can be replaced with lettuce
  • 1 cup Cooked Broccoli optional
  • 3-4 pieces Tortillas gluten-free or lower-carb if preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by chopping the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, one minced garlic clove, salt, and dill. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, season with remaining garlic, chili flakes, black pepper, and mint. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Lay out tortillas, spread hummus, add sautéed chicken and cabbage, drizzle with yogurt sauce, and fold tightly.
  5. Slice wraps in half and serve immediately for best flavor.
