- Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in 1 cup of white chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and cool for about 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cooled butter-chocolate mixture and 1 cup of granulated sugar until well combined. Gradually add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 large eggs, stirring until smooth.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of all-purpose flour and ½ teaspoon of salt using a spatula. Then, carefully add 1 cup of fresh blueberries, folding them in gently.
- Pour the batter into an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
- Once baked, let the blondies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift out and slice into 12 to 16 squares to serve.
