  • 1 cup Celery Diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Adjust to taste

  • 1/2 cup Nuts (Walnuts/Almonds)

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. If not using pre-cooked chicken, boil chicken breasts in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until cooked. Shred or dice.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (if using), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until creamy.
  3. Add shredded chicken, celery, and red onion to the dressing. Fold until well-coated and consider adding optional ingredients.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
