- If not using pre-cooked chicken, boil chicken breasts in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until cooked. Shred or dice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (if using), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until creamy.
