  • 1 teaspoon Orange Blossom Water Substitute with a splash of orange juice if needed.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional but recommended.
For Texture and Crunch
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios Can use almonds or walnuts if preferred.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, add rolled oats and pour in almond milk. Stir gently until oats are thoroughly soaked.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the oat mixture. Mix well.
  3. Fold in chopped pistachios. Mix gently to avoid breaking them up too much.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Chill overnight for at least 8 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir well. If desired, add more almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
  6. To serve, dish out the oats into bowls and top with fresh orange segments and additional chopped pistachios.
