Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20cm (8-inch) springform pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, honey, eggs, corn starch, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  4. Let the pie cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Once cooled, drizzle with honey and dust with cinnamon before serving chilled or at room temperature.
