Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the cream of chicken and mushroom soups, sour cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth until well moistened. Spread it over the chicken layer in the baking dish.
