Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by spraying the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until fully blended.
  3. Layer one-third of the sliced potatoes in the slow cooker, top with one-third of the cheese and one-third of the cream mixture. Repeat two more times.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  5. Turn off the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes with the lid on.
  6. Serve and enjoy, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
