Preparation Steps
- Begin by spraying the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until fully blended.
- Layer one-third of the sliced potatoes in the slow cooker, top with one-third of the cheese and one-third of the cream mixture. Repeat two more times.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Turn off the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes with the lid on.
- Serve and enjoy, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
