Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 1 cup of butter in a medium saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir until completely liquid and bubbling.
  2. Mix in 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar until smooth and glossy.
  3. Allow mixture to cool, then add 4 large eggs one at a time and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, blending until silky.
