For the Salad
  • 1 cup Shelled Edamame A protein powerhouse; swap with chickpeas for a similar texture.
  • 1 cup Shredded Red Cabbage Contributes crispness; feel free to use any favorite crunchy veggie like bell peppers.
  • 2 cups Chopped Romaine Offers freshness; substitute with baby spinach or kale for a different flavor profile.
  • 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers Brings hydration and crunch; use zucchini as an alternative if needed.
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds Adds delightful crunch; replace with sunflower seeds for a nut-free option.
  • Handful Fresh Herbs (Basil, Cilantro) Layered flavors; switch to parsley or mint for a new twist.
For the Dressing
