Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once shimmering, add the ground beef. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the diced onion and grated carrot. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the onion is soft and the carrot tender.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add thinly sliced cabbage and ground ginger. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir and wilt for 5-7 minutes until tender.
