Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken thighs with paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a skillet and sear marinated chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest and slice.
