Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by rinsing 1 pint of fresh cherry tomatoes under cool water. Pat them dry gently with a clean towel, ensuring they are completely moisture-free. If you prefer, slice them in half for a vibrant look.
- Open the package of small mozzarella balls, also known as bocconcini, and drain the liquid. Pat the mozzarella balls dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Grab your toothpicks or small skewers to start assembling the Fresh Mini Caprese Bites. Thread a cherry tomato onto the stick, followed by a fresh basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
- Once all the bites are assembled, beautifully arrange them on a large serving platter. Drizzle a generous amount of high-quality extra virgin olive oil over the top, followed by a drizzle of balsamic glaze for added sweetness.
- Cover the platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate your Fresh Mini Caprese Bites for about 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes
It's best to assemble the bites right before serving; however, they can be prepped a few hours in advance and chilled until ready to display at your gathering.
