  2. Open the package of small mozzarella balls, also known as bocconcini, and drain the liquid. Pat the mozzarella balls dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Grab your toothpicks or small skewers to start assembling the Fresh Mini Caprese Bites. Thread a cherry tomato onto the stick, followed by a fresh basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
