  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Can be swapped for soy sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Feel free to use any melty cheese of your choice
Dough and Topping
  • 1 pkg Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Homemade dough is an alternative if time allows
  • 2 tbsp Butter Margarine can be used as a substitute
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh is best for maximum punch
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated will provide the best texture
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley Can be omitted if desired

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned (6-8 minutes), draining excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce; stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted, creating a gooey filling.
  5. Roll out biscuit dough to 1/4-inch thickness and place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold dough over the filling, pinching to seal; place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Melt butter and whisk in minced garlic; brush the mixture over the tops of the bombs.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese atop each bomb generously.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Let cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
