Preparation

- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned (6-8 minutes), draining excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce; stir for 2 minutes.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted, creating a gooey filling.
- Roll out biscuit dough to 1/4-inch thickness and place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold dough over the filling, pinching to seal; place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt butter and whisk in minced garlic; brush the mixture over the tops of the bombs.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese atop each bomb generously.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
