  1. In a medium bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and fresh thyme. Whisk the mixture well until all ingredients are blended nicely.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large resealable bag or bowl. Pour the prepared marinade over the pork, ensuring it's evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. As the pork marinates, preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
