  • 2 tablespoons milk dairy or non-dairy alternatives work equally well
For Rolling
  • ½ cup granulated sugar for rolling the cookie dough balls

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars until fluffy. Gradually add the dry mixture.
  4. Mix in the wet ingredients until everything is smooth.
  5. Gradually combine the dry and wet mixtures.
  6. Scoop the dough into balls and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  7. Roll the chilled dough balls in granulated sugar.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-11 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
  10. Prepare the icing and drizzle over the cooled cookies.
