  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal can swap with any crispy rice cereal
For the Drizzle
  • 1 cup quality white chocolate can substitute with milk or dark chocolate
  • ground cinnamon optional
  • ground ginger optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine unsalted butter, molasses, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger over low heat. Stir for 3-5 minutes until melted.
  3. Add mini marshmallows to the melted mixture and stir until fully melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies until well coated.
  5. Press the sticky mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, mixing in ground cinnamon and ginger if desired.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled treats and let set for 15-20 minutes.
