- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with a bit of unsalted butter.
- Unwrap the phyllo dough, covering it with a damp towel. Layer 8 sheets of phyllo into the greased baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
