Step-by-Step Instructions for Golden Greek Honey Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with a bit of unsalted butter.
  2. Unwrap the phyllo dough, covering it with a damp towel. Layer 8 sheets of phyllo into the greased baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy filling over the prepared phyllo base and cover with the last sheet of phyllo, brushing it with melted butter.
