Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced onions and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, ketchup, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Fold in the cooled onion and garlic.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, shape into a loaf and smooth the top. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  5. While the meatloaf bakes, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar for the glaze.
  6. After 45 minutes, brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
