Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) and clean/oil the grill grates.
  2. Slice the apples into rounds or wedges about ¼ to ½ inch thick, removing the core.
  3. Brush both sides of apple slices with olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Grill apple slices for 2 to 3 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.
  5. Wrap each grilled apple slice with a piece of prosciutto and return to the grill for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle raw honey over the grilled apples just before serving.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with optional nuts, herbs, or balsamic glaze.
