- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) and clean/oil the grill grates.
- Slice the apples into rounds or wedges about ¼ to ½ inch thick, removing the core.
- Brush both sides of apple slices with olive oil or melted butter.
- Grill apple slices for 2 to 3 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.
- Wrap each grilled apple slice with a piece of prosciutto and return to the grill for 1 to 2 minutes.
