- Start by washing your firm apples under cold running water. Pat them dry, then slice each apple into thick rings, about ½-inch wide, ensuring the core is removed. Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F).
- Lightly oil the grill grates and place the apple slices on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until there are grill marks and the apples are tender but not mushy.
- Grill the prosciutto slices in a separate grill-safe pan or aluminum foil for about 2-3 minutes per side until they become crisp.
- Remove both the grilled apples and prosciutto from the grill. Layer the apple slices on a serving platter, tucking the crispy prosciutto in between.
- Drizzle honey over the grilled apples and prosciutto. Add optional cinnamon or toppings like goat cheese or nuts. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve warm.
