Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Apply a light coat of canola oil to the grill grates.
  2. Wash and slice the Honeycrisp apple into 1/8-inch thick rounds. Brush both sides of each apple slice with olive oil, then sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Place the apple slices on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 5 minutes per side until tender and caramelized.
  4. Remove apple slices and layer them with prosciutto and crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Drizzle with pure honey and sprinkle chopped pistachios and thyme on top before serving.
