Directions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with this marinade and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Place the marinated chicken on the hot grill, cooking for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Slice the avocados, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a bowl. Add lime juice, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro; mix until combined.
  5. Slice the grilled chicken and spoon the avocado mixture on top. Serve in wraps or on greens, and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
