- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes until thickened. Gently fold in sour cream.
- Layer half of the angel food cake cubes at the bottom of a trifle dish.

- Pour half of the creamy pudding mixture over the cake cubes and berries.
