Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, add greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips and optional chopped nuts or seeds.
- Prepare a mini muffin tin or silicone mold lined with paper liners or sprayed with cooking oil.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into molds and fill each about ¾ full. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
