  • 2 cups Unflavored Gelatin Powder Essential for structure
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Use freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Optional sweetener

Method
 

Directions
  1. Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth to create about 2 cups of juice.
  2. Strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve over a bowl.
  3. Bloom the gelatin in half of the strained juice for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Warm the remaining juice gently in a saucepan.
  5. Combine the bloomed gelatin with the warm juice, whisking until smooth.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and honey, mixing well.
  7. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Cut the gummies into desired shapes and serve.
