Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chopped sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast the sweet potatoes for about 15 minutes until tender and golden-brown.
  4. In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then whisk in the cornstarch slurry.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, add sliced sausage and broccoli, and drizzle half of the honey garlic sauce over the top. Toss gently.
  6. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  7. Drizzle the remaining honey garlic sauce over the dish before serving.
