- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside half of the marinade for later.
- Arrange the tilapia fillets on the baking sheet and brush each with half of the marinade.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, brush remaining marinade over fillets, and let rest for a minute before serving.
