- Begin by boiling water to just below a rolling boil. Place 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers into a heatproof container and pour 1 cup of hot water over the flowers. Let them steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain the tea to remove the flowers and allow it to cool slightly.
- While your blue tea is cooling, combine ⅓ cup of ice-cold milk with 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup in a blender. Blend on high for about 10 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Take a tall glass and fill it generously with ice cubes. Carefully pour the cooled blue tea over the ice, then spoon or pour the fluffy vanilla cold foam over the top.
- Serve your Iced Blue Tea Latte and enjoy the beautiful layers!
