Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling water to just below a rolling boil. Place 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers into a heatproof container and pour 1 cup of hot water over the flowers. Let them steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain the tea to remove the flowers and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. While your blue tea is cooling, combine ⅓ cup of ice-cold milk with 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup in a blender. Blend on high for about 10 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  3. Take a tall glass and fill it generously with ice cubes. Carefully pour the cooled blue tea over the ice, then spoon or pour the fluffy vanilla cold foam over the top.
  4. Serve your Iced Blue Tea Latte and enjoy the beautiful layers!
