Step-by-Step Instructions for Chocolate Snickers Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line four 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
