Preparation Steps
- Prepare the Pan: Optionally line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Crush Cookies: Crush 36 Vanilla Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
- Mix Crust: In the bowl, add melted butter and ½ tablespoon of holiday sprinkles; stir until it resembles wet sand and press into the baking dish.
- Create Cream Cheese Layer: Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth, then fold in whipped topping and sprinkles. Spread it over the crust.
- Make Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk until thickened; stir in ½ tablespoon of sprinkles and spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Final Layer: Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer, then sprinkle crushed Vanilla Oreo cookies on top.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Optionally freeze for an hour for a firmer texture.
