Step-by-Step Instructions for Dragon Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced chicken with egg white, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken in small batches and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, and dried chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in ketchup, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss gently to coat. Simmer for an additional minute.
  6. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice, noodles, or in lettuce wraps.
