- Begin by seasoning the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Let them rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the seasoned steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the steaks, adding remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes, basting the steaks.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes, covered loosely with foil.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add heavy cream, scraping the bottom. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the rested steaks and drizzle the creamy sauce over them. Garnish with parsley.
