Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, mixing until well blended. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt, folding gently.

- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the egg and a splash of vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.

- Spread three-quarters of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop and spread the cheesecake mixture over it. Top with remaining brownie batter and swirl together.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Edges should look set while the center remains soft.

- Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes, then refrigerate until completely chilled before slicing.

- Lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Serve plain or top with whipped cream or chocolate sauce.

Notes
For best results, ensure your cream cheese is softened and do not overmix the brownie batter. Adding flavor variations like chocolate chips can enhance the taste.
