Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, olive oil, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and allow to sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Gradually stir in all-purpose flour until a thick dough forms, knead lightly and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour.
  3. Transfer dough to a greased baking pan and press to fill the pan. Let it rise for another 15 to 30 minutes.
  4. Create small divots across the surface and gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth. Simmer additional blueberries with agave syrup separately.
  7. Drizzle cream cheese frosting and pour warm blueberry syrup over the baked bread before serving.
