  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger fresh is ideal
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil drizzle at the end of cooking
For the Liquid
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth or veggie broth for vegetarian twist
For the Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional but recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  2. Add ground pork, beef, or chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking apart until browned.
  3. Pour in liquid aminos and chicken broth, stirring well. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, ground ginger, and Sriracha, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add cabbage, stirring to coat with the meat mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and stir gently. Cook for 1 additional minute.
  7. Garnish with minced green onions and sesame seeds, serve hot.
