Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Monterey Jack cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in the egg and spices.
  3. Gradually mix in almond flour until a cohesive dough forms, then shape it on a flat surface lined with parchment.
  4. Cook ground beef or steak in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes and add chopped vegetables during the last 2-3 minutes.
  5. Roll out the cheese dough into a rectangle, spoon the beef and vegetable mixture, and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
