Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat until it shimmers, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 pound of sliced chicken breast to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for approximately 3-4 minutes until softened but crisp.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
