  3. Remove bacon, leaving drippings, and sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken to skillet, season, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, mix, and cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Return bacon to skillet, stirring to combine all ingredients.
