Preparation

  3. Bake the cod for 12 to 15 minutes until it's opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the cod bakes, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), fresh dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Dijon mustard in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. Once done, serve each cod fillet topped with the creamy sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
