Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub and dry the russet potatoes thoroughly. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
  2. Coat each potato generously with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over them.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 50–60 minutes until tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, season the sirloin steak bites with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with butter, and sear the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
