Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken breast pieces dry with paper towels and season with kosher salt and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place the chicken in the skillet in a single layer, searing for about 3 minutes without disturbance.
