Cooking Steps

  2. Drain any excess fat, then add ½ small diced onion, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, cooking for about 1 minute.
  4. Add 3 cups of shredded green cabbage, sautéing for 4-5 minutes until it wilts but remains slightly crunchy.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, then pour over the beef and cabbage mixture.
  6. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and top with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
