- Cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in eggs, butterscotch pudding mix, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop 1-inch balls of dough and place them on the baking sheets, pressing a dimple into each ball.
- Fill each dimple with mini M&M’s and roll the dough around them to conceal.
- Bake the cookies for approximately 7 minutes until edges are set and centers look slightly underdone.
- Add a Hershey’s kiss on top of each cookie while still warm.
