  1. In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and crumbled Italian sausage, cooking for about 5–7 minutes or until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, oregano, and basil. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add broth and bring soup to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to maintain simmer.
