Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and sour cream, and mix until combined.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of muffin liners.
- Pour cheesecake filling into each crust, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
- Cool in the tin for 10-15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate with red and green sprinkles before serving.
