Step-by-Step Instructions for Crack Breakfast Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking pan with unsalted butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk with heavy cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and gently scramble for 5-7 minutes until just set and creamy.
  4. Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy, about 8-10 minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in the greased baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese over the bottom half of the rolls, layer with scrambled eggs, bacon, and top with remaining cheese.
