Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just blended.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it into a freeform loaf on a baking sheet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 45–55 minutes.
  4. If using, apply a layer of garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  5. Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
