- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just blended.
- Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it into a freeform loaf on a baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 45–55 minutes.
- If using, apply a layer of garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
