- Slice the focaccia bread horizontally to create a top and bottom half. Optional: scoop out some of the interior.
- Drizzle both cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- On the bottom half, layer fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and arugula.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the layered ingredients.
- Place the top half of the focaccia over and press down gently.
- Slice into portions and serve, or warm in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
